SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Delivery in 3-4 working days after your order has been accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed the shipping will be carried out to the address given by the customer. Periods of delivery are non-binding unless otherwise expressed. If the customer has special requests concerning the type of shipment, e.g. express shipment, the additional costs shall be charged. The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are transferred to a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave the warehouse of the BAIBA RIPA store.
We use TNT for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items, which results in delays and possible customs fees and information inquiries.
SHIPMENTS TO NON-EU-COUNTRIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied, once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from coteetciel.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
All shipments will be carried out through (except few destinations). The terms and conditions of DHL will apply additionally and can be called under www.dhl.com. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Paper Rain is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason not align with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange them - according to availability - within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you the return requirements. Kindly note that we don't cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.
